How do I return/refund my item(s)?
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like to order a different size, return your merchandise as soon as possible and we will issue you store credit if the items are deemed eligible according to the return requirements laid out below. Store credit can be used to order a different size or any of our other products.
- Selected items (stated in the product description) are not refundable.
- Customers must return items within 7 days upon receiving their order. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
- Customers will receive their refund as store credit within 14 days after the order has been returned to us.
- ALL DISCOUNT ITEMS (apart from our "Welcome10" Offer) ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
To return an item to GYM & TONIC for a refund, please:
- Indicate on your return form which item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.
- Pack your item(s), invoice and return form into a bag or box.
- All Hong Kong returns should be sent to the address below:

All products must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition, with all protective materials in place and the GYM & TONIC tags attached to them. This includes all packaging and dust bags. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way or, as an alternative, may reduce the amount of any applicable refund or exchange accordingly.
For example, we may make a reduction in the following circumstances:
- the product(s) have been used, worn, damaged or washed
- the GYM & TONIC tags are not attached to the product(s) or have not been returned
- you have not returned any packaging which is considered an integral part of a product (such as the dust bag and/or bra pad bag).
You will be informed if your refund is not accepted for the above reasons. In this instance, you may choose to have the products sent back to you at your own expense.
Defective or wrongly sent items:
If you receive a defective product or a wrong product, please contact our customer service (email@example.com) within 3 business days of receiving the product (subject to the delivery record of the delivery company). Once our customer service has confirmed the details, please send the product back to us within 7 business days and email us the delivery receipt to reimburse your shipping fee. After we receive your shipment, we will arrange the same/correct product to be sent back to you within 3 business days.
